From the work floor, we support various work processes through a user-friendly app. By executing some proceedings your employees can register reparations, inspections, work orders, and logistics operations. The app communicates real-time with the Alltrack Backoffice trough Wi-Fi and or 4G. In case the PDA contains GOS reception, all actions are recorded at the location of the PDA. This could be useful with work activities in the field or maintenance to register where an object such as containers and aggregates are being placed.
The app consists of:
- Log-in functionality: A rights model determines which menu options a logged-in user will receive. It is possible to log out the user automatically after x minutes of inactivity. Within the framework of ISO13485 in the medical sector, we log out every user after an operation. You must then log in again so that the device is always operated by someone with the correct system rights. In many cases, logging in is facilitated by logging in based on the existing (NFC) business pass.
- Main menu: The various menu options are available in the main menu. Menu options are visible based on the rights set via the back office.
- Settings: The settings menu can be used to set how often the master data is synchronized, whether the PDA makes a sound when scanning and if necessary a BT printer can be connected.
Within the menu options, the work processes are processed via a logical flow. We create the logical flow together because we believe that in this way the exposure time is the shortest and the acceptance the greatest.
